Our account managers closely monitor all active flights, and are there to keep you updated, and answer any questions that you may have. They will be working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the operation goes as smoothly as possible.
Post-flight, we send a summary of your charter flight, including all important information such as; estimated vs actual flight times, the routing and other key details. You can use this information to provide feedback to your client and to your CharterSync account manager.
